Welcome to www.placebooutlet.com (the “Site”), operated by PLACEBO OUTLET (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional policies and guidelines referenced or linked herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Payment & Pricing

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and any other methods listed at checkout. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.

Although we strive to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will notify you via email before proceeding with your order.

Note: Shipping charges are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order and billing details.

  • Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Orders made on weekdays before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will be shipped the same day. Orders after that will be shipped the next working day. No shipping occurs on public holidays or weekends.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping, Returns & Unclaimed Parcels

Domestic (Malaysia)

Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us after 14 days. A RM20 fee will be charged for reshipping and administrative costs.

International

Our delivery partners (e.g., FedEx, DHL) will attempt to deliver twice. If undelivered and returned, a USD40 fee applies.

Lost/Damaged Items

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused during shipping. Please liaise with the courier service directly for claims.

4. Promotions & Sale Items

  • Promotional, discounted, and limited-edition items are not exchangeable, returnable, or refundable.

  • Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items unless stated otherwise.

5. Buy Now, Pay Later

6. Membership & Loyalty

If applicable, by registering for PlaceboOutlet membership or rewards, you agree to the specific terms governing that program. Further details will be available on the membership registration page.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

We value your privacy. All personal data collected will be used strictly for order processing, communication, and marketing (if you opt-in). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for logistics and delivery purposes.
