Accurate Shipping Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses, and we recommend shipping to a workplace or home address where someone is available to receive and sign for the package.
If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, you will be responsible for any associated shipping and handling charges.
Once an order is shipped, we are no longer liable for the condition or delivery of the item. For any damages or issues, please file a claim directly with the courier.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
All local orders are shipped via GDEX Courier.
Orders with available stock will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Please double-check your address at checkout — we are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx or TNT Express.
Delivery time: Typically takes 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
Delays due to customs clearance may occur, which is beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree to accept this risk.
We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees for bulky or high-value shipments or to cancel such orders if necessary.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from Malaysia, a member of ASEAN.
For Customers within Malaysia or ASEAN:
The price you see is the final price you pay. No additional taxes or customs fees will apply after checkout.
For International Customers (outside Malaysia):
Import duties, customs charges, or taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
We are required to declare the full value of your items. We cannot mark your order as a “gift” or undervalue it.
In some cases, the courier (e.g., TNT Express) may advance customs fees to speed up delivery. Extra handling fees may be applied. Please check with your local TNT or FedEx office for specific details.
