Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns

  • Orders using discount codes or coupons

  • International orders

  • Limited release or exclusive launch items


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return approval is subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our criteria.

To process your return:

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging, and the original shoe box (for footwear).

  • Shoes returned without their original box in good condition will be rejected.

  • Return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A re-shipping fee will apply for exchanges or returns that are approved and reshipped.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:

    • Magazines

    • Books

    • Fragrances

    • Socks

    • Undergarments

  • All returns must be authorized through our return process.

  • Returns without a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service for returns.

  • We reserve the right to charge a processing fee if items are returned in violation of our policy (e.g., damaged, missing tags, or original packaging).


International Orders

If your original payment involved currency conversion, your refund may differ from the amount originally paid. This difference is due to exchange rate fluctuations, which are beyond our control.
